Refund Policy
You may cancel a scheduled booking up to 30 days before the booking date and receive a full refund, except our 10% deposit reservation, which remains payable to us.
If you cancel a scheduled booking between 14 days and 30 days before the booking date, you will receive a refund of 50%, except a 10% deposit reservation, which remains payable to us.
Suppose you cancel a scheduled booking anytime within 14 days of the booking date. In that case, there are no refunds, and all fees specified for the booking, including the 10% deposit reservation, will remain payable.
